What are your rates and do you take insurance?

$250-Intake & $185 per 50 minute session

Insurance Accepted: HMSA, HMSA Quest, UHA, HMAA. Blue Cross/Blue Shield.

For other insurances we may provide a Superbill for possible Out of Network reimbursement.

Clients are responsible for co-pays and GE taxes for each session.

*GE Tax is 4.71% or $6.70 for (Initial Intake) and $5.63 for a (Standard Therapy Session). 

What to expect?

• The first step is setting up a 10-15 minute phone consultation. During this time, our intake coordinator will get to know you, answer questions and establish and your first appointment with a preferred provider.

• Following our call, you will be invited to our online portal, where you can complete new client paperwork.

• During the 1-3 sessions, we will explore your story, your goals and we will collaborate and review a plan that will guide our work together. ​

Good Faith Estimate:

If you are uninsured or insured but self-pay, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) for services. These estimates may change as the treatment progresses and are not a guarantee of treatment frequency, length or cost. If estimates or services are added or changed, you will receive a new GFE.
