Jaime D'Eredita, MSW, LCSW
I am grateful you are here and support you in your efforts to connect and take a step towards change.
I am a therapist because I believe in the human experience. I honor the opportunity to companion others as they grow and become more connected and authentic versions of themselves. Therapy is an invitation and with this invitation and the right conditions, we have the capacity to renegotiate trauma.
I believe that each person has the power within to heal themselves and that the body, mind and spirit seek balance and restoration. My role as a trauma healing specialist is to support and guide clients as they follow the longing within them to heal and to be in a life that reflects peace, presence, purpose and authenticity.
The spirit that I carry is one that is nurturing, non-judgmental, humorous, supportive and always attuning to the light in my clients.
My work is a collective of clinical training, life experience, passion, inner healing and deep curiosity in the human experience and cultivating spirit
Modalities I use include; EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, IFS, Mindfulness. Areas of specialty include trauma, depression and anxiety, self-esteem, self-identity, domestic and sexual violence, grief, post trauma growth, spirituality and addiction.
I began my career working with at risk-youth in rural Tennessee providing intensive in-home therapeutic services. I continued my professional experience in Washington, DC area at The Women’s Center, where I served as a therapist and court advocate. The Women’s Center was a co-founder and member of the Fairfax County Domestic Violence Action Center (DVAC), The Center counsels and advocates for hundreds of survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault each year. During my time in Colorado, I opened a private practice. I became trained in EMDR under the guidance of Dr. Chandra. Additionally, I completed training in the work of addiction and recovery to become a LAC and completed 200 hour yoga certification. Following my own mystical experience in a non-ordinary state of consciousness through Somatic Experiencing (SE), I became increasingly interested in non-ordinary states of consciousness and the stories of the nervous system.

A Bit About Therapy
Guiding You On the Path of Self-Healing
Therapy provides a safe place of connection, education and encouragement that allows for an organic process of growth and healing.
The human experience is full of ebbs and flows and we were not meant to do this alone. As we connect and collaborate, we will create a collective current-a stronger current. We begin to create a current of empowerment, authenticity and purpose.
Sometimes in life we are broken to rebuild. Therapy is an invitation for recovery. We are all recovering from different things in our lives. It's a space to come back "home." It slows things down and we have the opportunity to become curious about what barriers exist.
It's important to understand the root of our pain and our shame, to understand what drove us outside of ourselves in the first place. Sometimes it's different than the narratives we have held onto.
I believe in creating a life you don't want to escape from using a holistic perspective that involves looking at internal conflicts, disempowerment, disconnection and core beliefs that may be rooted from trauma.
Through the use of various psychotherapy methods and collaborative treatment approaches, you have the opportunity to shed past conditioning and reconnect with you!
