Jaime D'Eredita, MSW, LCSW

I am grateful you are here and support you in your efforts to connect and take a small step towards change.
I am a therapist because I believe in the human experience. I love to watch people grow and become happier and healthier versions of themselves.
My approach to therapy is both eclectic and collaborative. Each person has a unique set of circumstances and a story that is intricately woven together by experiences. I use therapy as a tool to guide individuals to a place of self-compassion by focusing on strengths and use a variety of techniques to assist in identifying, understanding and shifting barriers that may be impeding a life that reflects peace, purpose and is expressive of who you really are.
I truly believe, meaningful work rests in the relationship between the client and the therapist.

A Bit About Therapy
Guiding You On the Path of Self-Healing
Therapy provides a safe place of connection, education and encouragement that allows for an organic process of growth and healing.
The human experience is full of ebbs and flows and we were not meant to do this alone. As we connect and collaborate, we will create a collective current-a stronger current. We begin to create a current of empowerment, authenticity and purpose.
Sometimes in life we are broken to rebuild. Therapy is a gift that allows us to unpack our past, navigate difficulties and learn compassion and acceptance for ourselves.
It's important to understand the root of our pain and our shame, to understand what drove us outside of ourselves in the first place. I believe in creating a life you don't want to escape from using a holistic perspective that involves looking at internal conflicts, disempowerment, disconnection and core beliefs that may be rooted from trauma.
Through the use of various psychotherapy methods and collaborative treatment approaches, we will develop tools to allow you to ride the waves of this life and cope with life’s various obstacles.
