Meet Ana

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and finding the right therapist truly matters. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and understood.

As a licensed social worker, I take a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach, recognizing how life experiences, relationships, and broader systems shape our well-being. Both my professional training and lived experience inform my care, allowing me to approach each client with deeper empathy, authenticity, and understanding.

I work with individuals navigating stress, trauma, life transitions, anxiety, and relationship challenges. My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, EMDR and person-centered care. Together, we focus on building insight, strengthening coping skills, and reconnecting with your resilience.

At the core of my work is an integrative, person-centered, and trauma-informed lens, guided by empathy, curiosity, and deep respect for your unique story.
