Healing begins when we feel deeply seen and understood. For many of us, that hasn’t happened often, so we learn to push through, manage on our own, and keep parts of ourselves out of view. Therapy is a place where you don’t have to hold it all together, and where you will be met as a whole person.

You may look fine on the outside while something underneath feels off, whether you’re running a business, building a career, or simply carrying a lot. I focus on nervous system regulation and burnout, complex trauma, recurring patterns in relationships, and life transitions. I also support neurodivergent adults, including those identified later in life, and anyone who processes the world differently, whether through sensory sensitivity, emotional intensity, or a different way of thinking. This is a neurodiversity-affirming space, where the way your mind works is respected and understood, not treated as something to fix.

My approach is integrative and rooted in psychodynamic and attachment-informed perspectives, which look at how past experiences and early relationships shape the way we feel, cope, and connect today. Through an emotionally focused lens (EFIT), we slow down to explore the emotions beneath your reactions and the needs for safety and connection they point to. Our relationship is at the center of all of this. Rather than simply applying techniques, I take time to get to know you, your story, and how you feel. Over time, the parts you learned to hide can show up safely, your nervous system can settle, and new ways of relating can take hold.

Mind, body, and emotions are deeply connected, so we’ll take a holistic look at everything that affects how you feel, including stress, sleep, health, relationships, and the world around you. If spirituality or questions of meaning matter to you, there is room for them here too.

I am a master’s student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and will work under supervision of Jaime D’Eredita, LCSW. I am also pursuing my doctorate in Developmental Psychology, and I hold a Ph.D. in Natural Language Processing. My research looks at the gap between how people appear on the outside and how they feel inside, and at how early relationships shape it. That research helps me listen in sessions for what is hard to put into words.
