Mind-Body-Spirit Connection

We provide therapy to prepare and integrate psychedelic experiences. We are in a new wave of healing as psychedelics become more a part of our mainstream. 

Somatic Experiencing is a supportive modality for preparation and integration. 

Preparation focuses on building intention, resourcing and exploring the spiritual concepts of acceptance/surrender. 

Integration is a process of embodying and putting into action the wisdom and insights gained after psychedelic experience. 

Integration work focuses on Somatic Experiencing and can offer an opportunity to:

-connect and explore insights

-make changes, resolve conflict in belief systems

-increase connections and connect more deeply to spirit. 

- explore unresolved trauma grief/loss that arose during a psychedelic session. 

We do not work directly with psychedelics

We offer preparation/integration sessions.  Hawaiʻi currently does not legally allow use of psychedelics. Ketamine, however, is legal, and The Center for Healing and Transformation offers ketamine assisted therapy.
